Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

A1 Survey Ltd (SELLER) would like to think that all our customers BUYER would be happy with their purchase, but should you wish to return any item purchased from our store, we will refund or exchange any goods returned to us that have not been used, and that are free from damage.

The following conditions will also apply:

1. BUYER must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the item – and inform us of any problem/reason for return.
2. Subject to approval by the SELLER, items may be returned at the cost of the BUYER, unless the delivered goods were faulty.
3. If the goods are received after the 7 working days, or the goods are not in a fully resaleable condition, the SELLER reserves the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a 25% re-stocking charge from the refund.
4. Returns should be sent by suitable means to enable proof of return delivery, the BUYER is also liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to poor packing on the customers part.
5. Returned Items will be inspected to determine their condition. If the item is faulty and has no sign of physical damage, the SELLER reserves the right to replace, repair or issue a refund for the purchase price.
6. Software that has been registered, is non-refundable once payment has been received.
7. Refunds (if applicable) will be made within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item/s that meet all the above criteria.
